| Jill Meister spent nine years working for national broadcast news, including NBC Nightly News with Tom Brokaw. She spent seven years as a lifestyle and entertainment producer at CBS’ The Early Show where she programmed and produced hundreds of stories related to weddings, parenting, gardening, fitness, fashion, travel, technology, cooking, and beauty. She also produced entertainment and musical performance segments. In doing so, she traveled all over the country, managing both live and taped components for the popular morning program. Jill produced for Colin Cowie for several years while working to execute the successful The Early Show "Wedding in a Week" series, in which an engaged couple was introduced to viewers on a Monday and married on Friday. Jill also served as Editor-in-Chief of GetMarried.com and was a Senior Supervising Producer on Lifetime’s Get Married, which Colin Cowie hosted. With so many years experience in national broadcast news and women's lifestyle programming, Jill, who is extremely passionate about women’s lifestyle topics and how they translate to today’s media landscape, now uses her skills and expertise to help others maximize their true potential in all areas of the media. She is currently media consulting, coaching, and freelance producing in Manhattan. Jill graduated Cum Laude from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science in Management degree, with a major in Marketing. Jill and her husband reside in Manhattan. |
